  • You have a commercial background or an understanding of business processes.

As a junior consultant you spend a lot of time with the customer.

  • You can independently carry out a project and regularly interact with your buddy, your Senior colleague within PtB.
  • Together you solve the most difficult issues.
  • You are a strong communicator, have knowledge of business administration, sustainability and change management.
  • You like to regularly follow workshops and masterclasses within PtB, to further expand your skills.
  • You have a university work and thinking level and at least 1 year of experience in the field of change management and sustainability within organizations.

What are you going to do and what do we expect from you?

As a Consultant Corporate Sustainability CSRD/ESG you are part of the Sustainability Team and you advise clients on their sustainability: strategy and direction, what impact should and can they make, how do they integrate this into their business operations and how do they tell this story convincingly and successfully? , all supported by or based on non-financial data.

Your main responsibilities and our expectations are as follows:

  • Project management
  • Experience with or strong knowledge of data analysis: creation, management and updating of databases & dashboards, with minimally advanced MS Excel or more advanced data management software.
  • Able to participate in stakeholder dialogues and stakeholder management
  • Excellent English writing skills
  • BSc in Accounting/Finance with minor or experience in statistics; either a degree in sustainability/ESG or management with a strong background in statistics.
  • Basic knowledge and/or willingness to learn benchmarks and regulation for non-financial reporting (e.g. SASB, GRI, CSRD, EU Taxonomy, UNGC)
  • Able to conduct industry/company research, including participation in survey design, interviews, assessments and roadmaps
  • Able to maintain templates, trackers and dashboards
